Subject:    Ack! kvt and kmedia problems

I am having problems with kvt and kmedia.

1) When I try to run kvt, I get:

libqt.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I know I have libqt.so.1; the rest of KDE runs just fine and there is a
libqt.so.1 symlink in /usr/local/qt-1.44, which is in my LIBRARY_PATH and
LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variables. What gives?


2) When I try to run kmedia, I get:

usr/X11R6/lib/libkfile.so.2: undefined symbol: __pure_virtual

Any clues?

This is driving me crazy!
