The tooltips in the latest konqueror from the CVS repository
are somehow duplicated for the ? (help) and the stopsign icons --
both say "stop", instead of the ? icon saying "help". 

Additionally, the gear icon doesn't have a tooltip, but
I don't know what to put there or whether or not there 
should be one.

The following diff should fix it, but I haven't tested it:
