Ooops, I made a mistake, you want to build kdelibs without optimizations
(i.e. no more "-O2" to g++).  Make sure you do a make clean when turning
of optimizations if you have already built a project.

This is how I built kdelibs under KDE 1.0:

     > CFLAGS="-Wall" CXXFLAGS="-Wall" ./configure
      > CFLAGS="-Wall" CXXFLAGS="-Wall" gmake -e
         OR
      > CFLAGS="-Wall" CXXFLAGS="-Wall" make

Is there a better way to switch between debug and optimized builds, anyone?
