Subject:    How to make KDE look in ~/KDEDesktop NOT ~/Desktop

I've tried editing several different files in /usr/local/kde/* but
nothing seems to change the default behavior of KDE.  It *always* looks
in ~/Desktop.  I know this must be configurable.
