You can find them in the package pam-0.57-4.i386.rpm which you can download 
from the KDE  site. Though, this package has a dependency on 
pamconfig-0.51-4.noarch.rpm, which you can download from 
http://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/distributions/redhat
