I've installed the Qt and KDE rpms on my RH5-box and set all the
environment variables and paths (I guess). But I get an error when
compiling the KDE software that configure can't find the QT-1.3 libraries.

"checking for QT... configure: error: QT-1.3 (libraries) not found. Please
check your installation!"

Could someone please help me?!?
