Hello,


 there has been some trouble reported with GIMP and the KDE window
 manager kwm.

 kwm uses Mod1-RMB for window management functionality (as does a 
 default mwm and probably also dtwm from CDE), but the GIMP wants
 to use this combination, too.

 One solution is to use "Button3Grab=off" in the current kwm
 (not included in Beta-2). This feature will soon be setable during 
 runtime in the window properties dialog.  It is already changable during 
 runtime if you edit the kwmrc manually and invoke "kwmcom configure".

 Anyway it would be nice if the GIMP offers the Alt-RMB functionality
 with a different combination, since this one is pretty standard for  
 window managers.
