I've put together some guidelines for doing a
usability study based on the reports that are
currently being put together. 

These guidelines are up for comments and are
available at http://robert.watkins.net/usability
(download a local copy if you'd like)

There are sections that need some more work but
I'll be reviewing and updating them as I can.
