Well, it's here and distro's are releasing packages.

It should be at a mirror near you soon.  Unfortunately, my distro/version 
(Caldera eD2.4) doesn't have packages yet.  And my poor P200mmx would take 
days to compile it.  I hope to get it soon and install it.
