Hi Christoph,
I'm sorry that we have not replied earlier, we must have somehow missed your
email.
Please put the kcron KCM in the "Workspace -> Startup and Shutdown" category.
I know it's not strictly about the startup or shutdown of the whole system,
but it's about starting up specific applications/scripts, so it fits best
there.
The "system administration" category officially does not exist in Plasma 5.
