There currently exists a tooltip which explains it. However, the users
never see the tooltip as they are not looking for an icon. The users
are looking for words like "Safely Remove" or "Eject". In my own
language it would be nine letters (including a space).

I will bug some users about "what if there were the text here, near
the icon" to see what they think. It is hard for one to determine if
his own ideas are really that clear to others, and in any case as I am
already familiar with the icon I myself am not a good test subject.
