There are a LOT of ideas in there, mostly in the PDF file:

It is really interesting. Two of those ideas:

The task management Pooper:
drop anything to a bar on the bottom of the screen. It will become a task. It 
is based on how many ppl use email for taskmgmt. Has some smart interaction 
ideas, including prediction of mouse movement (once you start dragging in the 
direction of the botom panel, it will become visible). It's self-emptying, 
non-interupting etc. Read the description, it's interesting.

physical-absolute-touchpad mapping:
say you have 4 windows running, you activate expose. Taping on the top-right 
corner of the touchpad activates the ... surprise... top-right window etc. 
They also propose to use it in menu's and other places.

Really, it's a long read, but the PDF is worth it. Several of those ideas 
REALLY make sense. Having to punch the side of a screen with the mouse to let 
the panel pop up instead of just being there - brilliant, it's the exact 
reason why I don't use auto-hiding panels. They show up when I don't want 
them. And having them show already way on time when I want to drag & drop 
something on them - even better!

They even suggest to use that mouse movement prediction to open menu's like 
the places menu on the toolbar on draging of a file in that direction.
