Yikes! (Sorry, but Tab3 with only a single setting??)

Not fully though-through, but should be an improvement:
Combine all Mouse Hover settings into one checkbox and move it to General.
Move Animate Tab to "Tabs" tab.
For the lack of better ideas: Move Progress Bar and Label also to General.
