Kubuntu should finally start to ship non-broken localization files (reported 
over and over in Bugzilla since years!). Only after fixing its self-introduced 
bugs that hurt KDE's credibility (because people think that Kubuntu bugs are 
KDE bugs), Canonical should start publicity stunts like these.
