As far I can guess Dotan thought, Dotan wrote about defaults, not 
shortcuts in general. So it does not apply.

I agree with Dotan, but nevertheless, it is already KDE _4_ series so 
we should make as little adjustment as possible. But in such case, I 
opt for finally using win key to make some "room" for shortcuts and 
to achieve two-keys shortcuts.
