Not sure whether the bar should be hover the comic of on top of it.
Navigating among the selected comics is done through the combobox. You
could also replace it with tabs or a list of '|' separated links.
Another idea is to add previous/next comic arrows, but then you get lots
of arrows and you have to make sure each arrow is explicit about what it
operates on.
