In fact, this is a question of usability. Anyway, I can't find any "import" in
the "Settings"-menu. I only got "File -> Import Messages..." what does exactly
what I expect. It imports messages and folder-structure from other programs.

I haven't found a way to import account settings into KMail.

If the context doesn't clarify what exactly is to be imported, that should be
done in the menu. So "import profiles" would be a better choice, if the button
is not shown in a context with other profile settings. If this button shows up
between other settings concerning profiles, "import" should be enough.

As I said, I can't find any misleading "import"-buttons in my version of
KMail. (Using KMail 1.10.1 with KDE 4.1.2 on openSUSE here)

bye then
