it isn't and can't, it belongs and always is in the statusbar. It's
not a toolbar thing at all... In other words, we could just get rid of
all toolbar-zoom-tools, and integrate this in the statusbar of all
apps which require zooming.

Problem solved, though the widget might need more work.
