This adds a menu delay control like in "serenity" style. It can set a menu=
=20
delay value in some range.
I just want usability professionals to test it. It is only aproof of concep=
t.=20
=46or example - try to set a very long delay, and you will see that you nee=
d to=20
click on menu to open it, thus reduce occasionally mistakes with menu hover.
