While I do think we should make the 2 widgets behavior be quite similar (so I 
can type a full url in the location) they should be kept separate as the user 
should not be forced to edit a path as well as a filename.

Changing directories should also not (visually or otherwise) effect the chosen 
filename.

Feel free to grab either Aaron and/or me in Dublin to go over some ideas for 
this dialog.
