It works for me, but I find it totally annoying, because the absence
of clicking just makes navigating the interface take longer.

I mean, especially when they have vertical menus... in order to select
a middle item without selecting a bottom or top item in between, you
*have* to navigate to it form the side.

The whole thing is quite unintuitive.
