I would have liked to see the proposal before it was committed.  I know 
there have been discussions about issues of the toolbar; but no real 
proposal had been made to comment on. Its always good to talk about real 
proposals to make sure people are actually all talking about the same 
thing instead of a perceived issue.

I would have commented that the text is too vague (non-committal) and 
naturally also that this styleguide is frozen for the 3.x releases. Plus 
that the 4.x releases will be guided by the new HIG.
But others already said that :-)
