I wish people would stop talking about UI's with unsupported 'facts'.

If KDE supports Sleeping but I can't use it for some reason then I want to see 
a disabled 'Sleep' button! Then at least I know it isn't KDE's fault that 
Sleep doesn't work, but something else (permissions, kernel config etc).

Otherwise I might get confused and spend ages looking for where the sleep 
option is.

In my experience people don't like dynamic menus! (And other bits of UI).
