I've just seen shots from RC1....nice work! :-P
There an annoying thing that I want to bring to attention here:

(apart from the mess on my desktop :-P) the ugly connection progress 
window appears before I make the connection, sometimes stealing the 
focus from the main input dialog, this happens with the trash:/ kio too, 
if you put in the kicker, at system startup, but other kios are affected 
too (like ftp) now from usability point of view it's not a good thing, 
especially if the progress bar steals focus from the dialog that keeps 
the progress bar blocked........and......it's ugly!!! ;-P
