The event will bring together a diverse group of programmers, usability experts, project managers, and users to discuss methodologies for improving the usability of Free/Libre/Open Source Software (FLOSS) and to apply those processes towards specific software projects. They invite developers working on a range of open source projects,usability experts from both academia and industry, and users ofspecific nonprofit open source projects to join us for this unique andvaluable gathering. They encourage those who are unable to attend this first event to participate on their mailing list , Wiki and IRC channel .
