I ran out of room in my top panel so I have rearranged my setup.

Note that all of my panels are Auto Hide (small screen).

I am using the: "External Taskbar" with the maximum size of 400 at the
bottom left position. This has two issues:

Although it extends 400 pixels along the bottom, it will unhide only if
the mouse pointer is moved to the left end of the bottom of the screen.
This is counter intuitive. I expect that it should act as though it
was in the lower left corner and moving the mouse pointer to the bottom
of the screen within the Size of the left end will make it appear.

I would like to be able to set the type size to a larger value (which
will also mean that a larger maximum size is also needed).

After removing the TaskBar from the bottom I have a panel with only the
Pager so I shrank the panel to fit it. I would like to be select a
larger size than 32 pixels for this panel without having the Pager go to
two rows.

I have the clock (and the Aquarium :-D) on a separate 128 pixel panel in
the top right in addition to a full width Small top panel. It would
help if I could set the priority of the two panels so that if they were
both visible that the one with the clock would always be on the bottom.
Or, be able to set it so that it only appears if I put the mouse
cursor in the upper left corner of the screen.

I have two panels that extend to the upper left corner and they both
unhide if you move the mouse cursor to the upper left corner. I have
filed a bug report about this specific issue:

  	http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=95820

But I see these other issues as usability questions.

I was also considering if click to hide/unhide using the edge of the
screen (middle button perhaps) would be useful for hidden panels, or if
it would be possible to use the Hide Buttons to hide/unhide and still
have the panel cover part of the desktop when you unhide it. Actually,
I have no icons on the right side (top) of the screen where the short
panel with the clock unhides but if I don't hide it, I can't have icons
at the top of the left side of the screen.

Yes, I am talking about more options. I don't think that more options
are the problem; the problem is finding the correct place in the Control
Center to set the options.
