As far as I know it's not possible to use toolbars with the keyboard 
either, and still it's possible in the toolbar dialog to arrange the 
actions via buttons. Although it's faster to use DND for more 
expirienced users.

To be honest, not that much for me. I'm just thinking how to improve it 
while I am at it.
Spontaneous I don't know of any other basic desktop element where you 
are forced to use DND, so IMHO it can't harm to add it here too (except 
a bit of additional work).
