And you don't have different dialogs, it's the same dialog, but you 
access it differently by different keystrokes(the only difference could 
be showing different desktop windows like the actual alt-f5) or mouse 
movement(this thing could be "docked" into one side of the screen)....cool
Adding your idea of having it scalable(or use window grouping) makes it 
even better

I hope, and I think it will be possible since it isn't a great change
