Sorry but Konqueror doesn't do that like Mozilla, or FireFox, does.  Notice that
there isn't a check box: "Always use the default fonts", "Always use my Fonts",
or "Allow documents to use other fonts" available -- look at your Mozilla and
FireFox settings.

This should be made clearer in the KCM but these settings are only the DEFAULT
fonts to use for web pages.  If a web page specifies a different font and you
have it installed on your system, then that font will be used.  It is only when
the specified font is not available that the default is used.
