this fork of the User Interface Guidelines is retrograde to the usability 
efforts and, as far as i'm concerned, not recognized by the project. please 
do not not work further on it right now. as i discussed in my LAST post to 
the kdecvs list[1] on the matter, it is wholey inappropriate at this time.
