Agree.
Better : something should show what are the different "What's this" available.
Sometimes, there is only one in the whole window, sometimes, each label has 
its own.

A simple mini-icon would not be so cumbersome.
I don't say it is possible to do it at once. Perhaps QT should be modified 
some way.
The good question is not "what can we do now, with little effort ?", but 
"which efforts should we do to get the best ?"

Good idea.
Down side : people should know this mechanism to use it.
