As those of your that use a small Main ToolBar vertical know, when you open an 
image with embedded KviewViewer the magnification box will not fit in the 
toolbar and it becomes wider to fit.

After some consideration and UGH! looking at how IE does this, I think that the 
best solution would be to make this a separate toolbar like the toolbars for: 
"EmbededMediaPlayer", rather than having it merge into the Main ToolBar.  If it 
were separate, then it would show up horizontal by default.

It might also be a good idea if the location of such additional tool bars were 
configurable as well.  Specifically in this case, since the horizontal toolbar 
will take screen space, the IE feature of having it floating by default would be 
nice.
