I reported the wish:

	http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=86196

and want to implement it, since I don't have too much knowledge of how this
KShortcut thing work, could someone help me implement that, being my tutor?
Could this be resolved as a direct map or do I need to do a reverse search
for items? Maybe iterate over menus and them build a "Not-In-Menu" of non
matching?

Also, does this bug make sense to you usability-wise? I think so, if you do,
please vote for it.
