Yes certainly, but the foot is still firmly down. I just wanted to emphasise 
why this whole usability thing was important, and just what people are using 
KDE for these days. Usability is going to be a big part of that continued 
success, and I wanted to drive that home - especially with the wording about 
power and regular users. At the moment I just don't think enough people can 
see that.

Yes certainly. It isn't exactly definitive (just something to stick up for 
some review), and there are probably still some mistakes in it, but iterative 
improvement and all that. Marking up the documents will certainly help a 
great deal.

I'm not yet familiar enough with Docbook, but I should be fairly soon. I'll 
probably look into using Quanta as a nice Docbook editor :).

Have you though of a usability documents, or even development, section in CVS? 
That might help quite a bit as well.
