One solution to this would be if somebody could set-up and maintain a wiki 
page for kde-usability, listing usability issues that have been highlighted, 
linking to threads on this list that discuss it, and summarising any 
decisions/conclusions. That way, before posting, people could check the list 
and not rehash old discussions.

It would be more work than I have time for, but if someone else can, maybe 
it'd be helpful.
