Sorry for the confusion. I meant it the other way around:

[ - ] [ x % ] [ + ] 

seems more natural (as this thread shows), but all apps in kde use 

[ + ] [ x % ] [ - ] !

It's mine in the sense that it's against kghostview which I maintain, not that 
I reported it.

You would be happy with what I described, except that reality is the other way 
around :)

So, in view of this, what I am asking for is that the order be changed to the 
order everyone here seems to prefer ( [ - ] [ X ] [ + ] ).
