Usability wise, how does this matter? it makes the dialog pretty(-er?) and 
there isn't enough information in that dialog for the image to take away from 
it.

being a list, i wouldn't be surprised at all if in this case vertical was 
actually faster and allow for a cleaner layout. not to mention i'm not sure 
how wide that would get with translations.

the center aligned labels in the pushbuttons do suck, however. left aligned 
would be superior in this case.
