Hell no! Just leave it as it is.

Question: What is Tibet?
Answer: Depends, according to China it is a province (= region) of theirs. To 
others, it is a separate country.

Question: What happens when the Chinese see Tibet listed as "country"?
Answer: There are going to be angry.
