hrm.. for web browsing, yes, this might make sense. would be annoying for
ftp:// urls, of course =) probably not used by enough of the user population
to matter though...
the more i play with it here, the more i'd like to see the print button
remain. perhaps swap out the up button for print.

it exposes the sidebar better, encouraging use (and hiding ;) of it.
