ahhh... ok.. this makes sense now =) Ctrl-T is consistent with Mozilla and 
Safari; i forget what it is in Opera. 

settling on standard "move between tabs" shortcut is important, but tricky. 
Shift+Arrow works well in konsole, but no in ksirc (where the keyboard focus 
is almost always in a text edit). Alt+Arrow is moving through your history in 
Konqueror. it seems the only common modifier that may work acceptably in all 
Konq, Konsole and KsIRC is Ctrl+Tab, which does have meaning in a text edit 
but nothing that couldn't be lived without?
