First, we talk about 'context menu clutter' that i propose to abbrev. it to
CMC!

Then I want to point out one thing about windows that i liked!
The context menus in win95+ allways have a bold item that is executed if you
'dubbel click', and have the 'properties' item as last.

In general windowses context menus a fine with me.

So if we would make rules (guide lines) about context menus what would it be?
I think:
1. a bold item that is executed if you 'dubbel click'
2. the 'properties' item as last
3. _strictly_ provide options that are context sensitive (i.e.: in konq:
'back' should be left out, 'view frame source' could be in)
4. use logical grouping

The 'properties window' is also something that is often missing in kde. This
is a pity because it can be quite handy.

My question in general is: if rules like this are made we can file bugs (with
liks to the rules) for misbehaivior -- for the sake of KDEs easy of use,
right?

just my .02 EUR

Cies Breijs.

P.S.: please CC me in caus im not on the list (yet)
