consistency is good, but breaking the consistency isn't a bad thing if
you get a better behaviour from this breaking. Alan Cooper reports this
as an example: the default action for drag/dropping in the filesystem is
moving, but if you drag from a floppy and drop on your hd, you obtain
copy, not move. This is an inconsistent behaviour, but it's the correct
behaviour since the most frequently and intuitive action for the user
in this case is copying the files from the floppy to the hd, not copying
to the hd and wiping out the floppy.

Thus, throwing my 0.02 eur, i think the most frequently used and natural
action should be the most accessible. In a related thread, maybe a
statistical engine on the popups which bubble up the most frequently
used options is the real solution to this dilemma ? (no please! :)
