Subject:    Toolbar vs. calendar close button consistancy

The close button, handled outside of kwin, is different in application 
toolbars and within the calendar that pops up when you click the clock.  One 
should be chosen and used for both.  I personally prefer the one in the 
calendar (maybe it could replace the one in hicolor?) but the calendar would 
ideally use the close icon from the current icon theme instead of it's own..
