Yes, everything does.  Every option available via a toolbar is also available 
via a menu.  To send this message right now in KMail, I may press Ctrl-Enter 
(because a specific accelerator has been assigned to the function), or I may 
press Alt-M, S (which would work even if no accelerator had been set).
