The button is at the same place as in the background dialog. Unfortunately, I 
won't be able to commit the change before the 3.2 release because we are in 
feature freeze :-( Moreover, Chris Howells (the maintainer) cannot currently 
review the patch. I still think, however, that something should be done 
before the 3.2 release because the recent addition of autolock in CVS makes 
the dialog much too high.
