"Text will run &around the frame" should be a radio button as well which 
toggles the Left/Right/Longest Side options on/off... and they could all use 
different wording..

the wording of those options in general is pretty abysmal. e.g. what does 
"Longest Side" mean? 

in fact, most of the dialogs and menus in kword need help, and lots of it.
