Because of this agressive attitude, some providers are fighting back (I agree 
with them). They are agressive because they are fighting against the human 
rights. Luckilly this isn't easy to win and I think it's bad for them that 
they are even trying to do it. What they're doing now is promoting projects 
like creativecommons IMO.
