I agree. Also, from what I read of the discussion on kde-i18n-doc, the
consensus is as I described, that we use folder except when talking
about the inner workings of the filesystem, rather than "only use folder
for vfolders etc". But if you (Craig) think otherwise, please give me
some references so I can see what the consensus is.
