MIME type dialog would be better :)

Only the first is enough in the MIME type dialog.

This options should be IMO in the edit MIME type dialog, in Kcontrol and maybe 
too "integrated" in kpersonalizer. And when you use the option to ask 
everytime for the app, there should be showed IMO the "Open With >" list with 
the most used applications inside like described on the following page: 
http://devrieze.dyndns.org:3000/gallery/konqueror_rmb_menu/open_with_menu
