as this would break the workflow (tabbing from one control to the other 
and then finally just entering tabs to a textarea), I'd suggest to 
always use Tab to go to the next field and requiring Ctrl-Tab for 
entering a Tab into a Textarea - unless of course, it's the only control 
in a dialog, where Tab would just be Tab...
